Billing Information for Tech Support
We charge every email and call for tech support. The amount we charge depends on how long resolving your situation takes:
- 3 hours or less: $40
- 3 – 10 hours: $60
- 10 – 24 hours: $80
- 1 – 5 days: $100
- 5 days or longer: $120
If we fail to resolve your situation or take an unreasonably long amount of time to resolve it, we will not charge you anything. We try to maintain fairness and satisfaction, and will take whatever actions are necessary to keep our customers happy.
